OUR HISTORY
Since 1966 CIC has been actively growing and changing to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities in Portage County.
Originally a place of employment for six individuals with disabilities, CIC now offers multiple programs including Employment, Day and Respite Services to over 290 individuals.
OUR MISSION
CIC enhances opportunities for people with disabilities to participate in community life as valued workers, neighbors and family members.
OUR BELIEFS
CIC policies foster community integration, self-determination and independent decision making by the people we serve. We fully support all legal requirements regarding non-discrimination, and are committed to providing equal opportunity in employment and services.
